Our machine fleet features state-of-the-art models. We can process any type of plastic material (ABS, Polypropylene, Nylon, Moplen, PEEK, Elastomers), reinforced or unreinforced, colored or transparent. Production primarily focuses on small and medium-sized components.
All presses are connected to a centralized Moretto system for material transport and dehumidification, as well as to a fume extraction system. They are equipped with dosamaster units for masterbatch and proportional valves for recycling material recovered from production scrap, where product specifications allow. Each press features a three-axis Cartesian robot.
All machinery used for mold construction is CNC-controlled, networked, and managed through advanced CAM software (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), enabling precise and optimized programming of production cycles. Milling machines and EDM machines are equipped with the latest Heidenhain controls, ensuring maximum accuracy. Each unit features automatic tool changers and multi-storage systems, reducing setup times and increasing efficiency for complex and repetitive operations.
