Mold Construction

Accuracy and flexibility
tailored to every need

We design and manufacture molds for injection molding, overseeing every stage: from engineering to machining, through to final testing. Our focus on accuracy, durability, and functionality ensures high performance and consistent production continuity.

We build standard-size molds, made with mold bases or inserts, with mechanical movements (slides, lifters), various injection types (direct sprue, hot runner), and a wide range of finishes (grained, VDI erosion, photo-engraved, polished).

We are specialized in compact molds (also known as baby molds), engineered for small production runs or market testing. These are made from a solid steel block, directly machined into cavity and core. This solution, faster and less costly, guarantees operational flexibility while maintaining the same quality standards as traditional molds.

Small dimensions,
big advantages

Unlike traditional molds, compact molds are a particularly effective solution for new items and prototypes, small-to-medium production runs, and market testing of new products.

Lower Costs

Solid steel block molds require less material, fewer components, and reduced machining time. They are economically advantageous, making them ideal for market tests or small series with limited investment risk.

Faster Production

With no mold base required and direct machining from solid, the number of production steps is drastically reduced. Lead times are shorter than for standard molds, with equal precision and reliability.

Uncompromised Quality

Compact molds guarantee the same dimensional accuracy and surface finish as conventional molds, thanks to CNC technologies and heat treatments applied to the steels used.

Production Flexibility

Ideal for prototypes, pre-series, and limited runs, they can be easily adapted or modified. They allow exploratory production without the need to commit to definitive molds.

Easier Maintenance

Their compact structure and component accessibility reduce both time and complexity in routine maintenance, ensuring greater operational continuity.
